Refund policy
Purchasing a handmade boot without trying it first can be nerve-racking, but we believe it doesnāt have to be! We will return and exchange any boot quick ship, classic, or custom configuration in new condition within 30 days of shipment. We offer returns on our Ready To Ship and New In Stock sections also, but exchanges are not available at this time. The customer is responsible for cost of return shipping using their carrier of choice. Any shipping charges collected on the initial order are not eligible for a refund since the order was shipped.
All Factory Seconds, boots with custom uppers, and Mismate size boots are final sale. If your order is in line for production, you can cancel at any time for a full refund if you need to.
With Nicks Marketplace, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges. If the product arrives in a damaged or altered state different from what the original advertised condition was by the seller, you may open a dispute by reaching out toĀ customerservice@nicksboots.mom. All disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the package arriving. No exceptions. Sizing issues are not available for dispute.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
