Designed and built by our bootmaker Aldert, this is our first low top work boot, created with roofers and carpenters in mind. The four inch design keeps things lightweight and comfortable while allowing faster lacing and greater ankle mobility. Inspired by the classic chukka originally developed as a desert combat boot during World War II for increased movement, it delivers freedom at the ankle without sacrificing jobsite toughness. Crafted in Double Stuffed Black Waxed Flesh with gun metal hardware. This pair also features a slightly pinched gusset, a small workshop quirk that adds a bit of character.
