This is my third or fourth rebuild, the leather work on my boots are always exceptional, having the new leather sewn into my broken uppers makes wearing them a breeze when I first get them they feel like they’re already broken in. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because you still use the Christie crêpe soles which are too thin and flimsy for the construction work I do. When I received my rebuild like I said, the leather work is fantastic. I wore them for one day and the crêpe soul is just horrible support when you’re standing on a line all day or a roof so I went to my local cobbler and I had them remove the crêpe so and install the Vibram 2021 outer sole for me, now the boot is perfect for my line of work, the Vibram sole gives me complete support on the arches of my feet when I’m on ladders and roofs because of the thickness and the sturdiness of the new sole. It’s a shame that I have to take a perfectly good rebuild and get the crêpe soul removed and pay an extra hundred dollars to get the Vibram sole that I want that you guys don’t carry anymore.

Awesome!! Worth every penny!!! Greatest boots I have ever purchased!! Even rebuild. I know they aren't the cheapest boot but its the best quality durability and craftsmanship boot out there. You get what you pay for. Im a 6ft 300 pound man, Im a sprinklerfitter by trade and the comfort and quality is huge for me. I need a boot that can handle the work and Nicks have it locked down. Awesome boots!!

It was definitely worth the wait.

Of the highest quality. Uniquely suited for steep ground. The heal (“talon” in Spanish) allows you to dig in as needed. The rebuild was flawless with sticking of a like you won’t see elsewhere. Thank you for making a great product in a world of throw aways.

These are my 6 days a week work boots where I roast coffee for a regional coffee company. I shift thousands of pounds of green beans into thousands of pounds of roasted coffee. I am 59 years old and trust these boots to support me and keep me working. Thanks, I look forward to rebuilding other boots in my collection.

I chose the expedited option. At 9 weeks, i inquired about the status, they refunded me the $75 without asking. I received them the next week. Rebuild was for size, it was my first pair and were a little small. Overall, I’m very pleased and will be sending another pair off to change lasts. THANK YOU NICKS!

My old boots were rebuilt/relasted to a different size. I am blown away it’s basically a new boot. Since the ankle is broken in already they feel really comfortable out of the box.

My rebuild is absolutely awesome - I had them go up 1/2 size and change lasts. It looks like it was originally built that way. The construction and quality are exactly the same as a brand new pair - only the uppers are already broken in. I am a big fan of this service and wouldn’t hesitate to rebuild a pair in the future.

I think the boots will be fine. I didn't order them to be rebuilt with a lineman patch on the inside of each boot. But I'm hoping that it'll work well for me. Not exactly what I ordered, but I think I can make it work.

Love the boots as always but the lead time on this one killed me and my other boots took a beating because of that.

New life in an old pair. While the tread was gone and the lowers cracked. The uppers were in great shape. New boots for 1/2 the price of original. Full Rebuild. The reason we buy PNW boots.

Fantastic! The rebuild and resize made my old broken down boots like brand new! T55 last fits perfectly. The new Spokane black wax out lowers felt awesome within minutes of putting them on for the first time. I even mowed the lawn in them the following weekend and sorta didn't want to rake them off when we went out to dinner that evening. Just a great investment in a pair of great boots.
